Description: El shapefile (shp) de Corredores Biológicos del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (MARN), basado en la Clasificación de Zonas de Vida de Holdridge (1947). Esta es una clasificación bioclimática establecida a nivel mundial, sin embargo, en este mapa se representa únicamente para los 7 municipios que conforman el Área Metropolitana de San Salvador (AMSS).Este trabajo fue elaborado con el apoyo de la Universidad de El Salvador, a través de la Escuela de Biología, en el marco de la pasantía de investigación titulada: Evaluación de la vegetación en zonas urbanas para la formación de corredores biológicos y sus efectos en la gestión de la escorrentía superficial del AMSS, realizada por Dinora Gabriela Gavarrete Juárez.
